Antonio Pineda
Antonio Pineda is a world famous designer & silversmith from the golden age of Taxco silver jewelry production. Sr. Pineda is known for his sleek, modern designs. Antonio Pineda worked for William Spratling & Valentin Vidaurreta prior to establishing his own taller in 1941. Antonio Pineda's reputation was launched in 1944 when he participated in an exhibition at the San Francisco Legion of Honor and Gump's purchased his entire exhibition inventory.
Sr. Pineda is currently retired and is actively involved with the silver museum located on the zocolo in Taxco, Mexico.
