This magnificent vintage sterling repousse parure was made by Alfredo Villasana who was one of the acknowledged silver masters from the golden age of Taxco. Villasana worked for Spratling, Aguilar and Margot as well as himself. His repousse work is exquisite and rarely seen in a parure set. This set is post 1948 and most likely from the 1950’s. The necklace and bracelet may be worn separately or combined for a longer necklace.
