This vintage sterling silver bracelet was made by Jose Anton of Mexico City during the 1940's. The original design was by William Spratling during the first design period when ropes and ranch motifs were used quite extensively. This bracelet & earrings exhibit quality workmanship which has been enhanced with the patina that only time can bestow. The bracelet is comfortable and has a real presence. Earrings are 1 inch in total length and 9/16 inches wide. Weight for the pair is 0.2 ounces. Markings are "Anton Plata 925 Hecho En Mexico DF". The strike of the mark is partially off the the edge of the earring. Condition of the earrings is excellent vintage with original patina and no damage noted. The earrings have original screwbacks.
