This bold design by the famed studio of Los Ballesteros is sure to draw attention. The simplicity of the design highlights the turquoise stonework beautifully. The studio of Los Ballesteros relocated to Taxco from Iguala in 1941 and is still continues the tradition of fine silversmithing in Taxco today.
Details:
Cuff bracelet is 6 inches long and has a 1 inch gap at the back for a total wearable length of 7 inches. The bracelet has a width of 1 7/8 inches at the front and 1 inch at the back. Weight for the bracelet is a substantial 4.2 ounces. Markings are "Talleres de Los Ballesteros Taxco.Gro" which surrounds a large stylized "B", "Sterling 925 Hecho En Mexico" and "Eagle 12". The bracelet was created between 1948 and 1978 and is composed of sterling silver and dark green Mexican turuqoise. The vintage bracelet has no known problems with the stones intact with no chips or cracks.
