This collar necklace in sterling silver was designed by Sigi Pineda who is one of last living silver masters still producing new designs in Taxco, Mexico. Sigi Pineda is famous for his modernist designs which were radically different from the other silver masters who produced silver jewelry during the golden age of Taxco dating from the 1930’s to the 1970’s. The collar has a sleek appearance and a very solid feel due to the quality construction of the collar.
