These earrings are from the famed silver shop Rancho Alegre which was in business from 1956 until 1985. Especially during the 1960's, this shop was known to carry work from the top designers in Taxco. These earrings could become a favorite everyday pair with their distinctive pre-Columbian styling of a flower.

Earrings are 3/4 inches by 3/4 inches square. Weight for the pair is 0.3 ounces. Markings are "Rancho Alegre". Earrings are composed of silver content of .925 or higher. The earrings have the original screwbacks. There us slight pitting on one of the balls in the center of one earring. This was seen when looking through a loop and not noticable when worn.
