This fantastic vintage sterling bracelet from Taxco is very reminiscent of designs produced by the Los Castillo studio. The marking "AAR" has been attributed to Antonio Reina who worked for the Victoria de Taxco studio amoung others. The workmanship on this bracelet is just wonderful and the patina highlights the design perfectly.

Bracelet has a wearable length of 6 3/4 inches and is 1 1/2 inches wide. Weight is 1.8 ounces. Markings are "AAR Hecho En Mexico 925 Sterling Taxco 2". This bracelet is composed of sterling silver. The bracelet predates the Eagle marking system which went into effect in 1948. Condiiton is excellent vintage with original patina intact and no known damage. The bracelet closes with a hook clasp.
