This elegant necklace is an original design from Veronica Ruffo. Veronica comes from a family that has been involved with Mexican silver jewelry for 40 years. Veronica recently completed two years of study at the prestigious "Le Arti Orafe" which is a jewelry design school in Florence, Italy. Her designs are a unique blend of Mexican and European style. Pearls are frequently incorporated into Veronica's designs because of her Italian heritage from Calabria, Italy which was a center for pearl harvesting & trade.

Necklace has a wearable length of 16 1/2 inches and is 5/8 inches wide at the back catch. The center ostra pendant is 1 1/2 inches high and 1 1/4 inches wide. Weight of the necklace is 4.0 ounces. Markings are "Veronica Ruffo" on a removable sterling silver tag. The necklace is composed of sterling silver and freshwater pearls. Closure is with a simple hook clasp.
