This original design from Manuel Porcayo is destined to be a favorite piece to wear. This bracelet has an elegant look and is reminiscent of handcrafted jewelry during the golden age of Taxco jewelry production. Seldom seen in today's Taxco, Manuel adheres to the quality traditions of years past and has been rewarded with national awards for his work in Mexico.
Details:
Bracelet has a wearable length of 7 inches and is 1 1/2 inches wide. Weight is 4.2 ounces. Markings are "Hecho a Mano" and a handprint logo. The bracelet is composed of natural Mexican malachite with a beautiful blue/green or aqua hue set into sterling silver. The stones also have a bit of a three dimensional look with slightly raised surfaces. The bracelet has a tongue in box closure and safety chain.
Please note that view #1 illustrates the malachite color with slightly more light than in view #2 which was taken with lower light. This was done to show the stones under different light levels. View #4 also illustrates the bracelets oval shape which enhances comfort of the bangle bracelet when worn.
