This sleek and sophisticated necklace was originally produced by Hector Aguilar of the Taller Borda. This necklace has been faithfully created by Sr. Jose Luis Flores who was a master silversmith for Hector Aguilar for many years. Sr. Luis is currently in his 80's and one of two silversmiths who worked at the Taller Borda still creating jewelry in Taxco. Full attention has been given to quality and detail. This necklace is of substantial weight and will withstand daily wear quite well.
Details:
The necklace has a wearble length of 15 inches and is 7/8 inches wide. Weight is 5.4 ounces. Markings are "Taxco JLF 925 Mexico". The necklace is composed of sterling silver and closes with a simple hook closure. The necklace appears to have a seamless appearance when fastened. The necklace is designed to curve and conform to the curves in the neckline.
